What happens in 6 weeks

Learn the lifts
Compound lifts — Deadlift, Squat, Bench Press. From the ground up. You'll understand your body, your movement, and why each lift matters.

Understand the theory
Programming, progression, adaptation, rest, recovery. You leave knowing how to keep going long after Foundation ends.

Build long term strength
Progressive loading that impacts your body. Increase weights to grow. Rest when the lift demands it. This is strength that lasts decades.

Become part of the Lifters Coalition
Foundation is the entry point. The community, the meetups, the events — all waiting on the other side. You don't just finish a programme. You join a movement.
